Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
If you purchased a paid version of AgentLights directly through agentlights.com, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@agentlights.com from the address you used to purchase, and include your order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
3. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.
4. After the refund
When a refund is issued, your license to use the paid version ends, and you should uninstall the app. You're welcome to purchase again later.
5. Exceptions
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase may not be eligible, though we'll always try to help.
- Purchases made through a third-party marketplace (for example, the Mac App Store) are subject to that marketplace's refund policy, not this one.
- We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund activity.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
